• My AeroPress recipe
    • Equipment: AeroPress, Ultra Mesh filter
    • Beans: 16 grams finely ground slightly less fine than for espresso
    • Water: 80-95 degrees C depending on the beans.
      • If you are getting flavours you don’t like then lower the water temperature. For example I tend to use about 85 degrees C for Indonesian and Indian beans to remove the muddy flavour you sometimes get
      • You could also use distilled water or a distilled water substitute
    • Time: 2 mins then push out
