About the Bearded Roaster

Hi, I’m Tony and I love coffee roasting in small batches with a focus on 3rd wave style of lighter roasting, and I have a bushy beard that is a work in progress.

I love AeroPress, Pour Over & Syphon styles of coffee so I roast my beans accordingly to get the most complexity out of them I possibly can.

I’ve found that having smaller quantities of freshly roasted beans on hand works better than a stockpile that taste flat by the end of the bag.

I’m working on creating great roasting profiles and sourcing amazing beans which I will make available in the future in 100-gram bags but for now, I am just roasting for myself and my friends.
